Motion Perfection Industries cc warranty period is 1 year. The warranty for all products manufactured under the Acot 500 brand is calculated from date of manufacture. Duke Winches is calculated from date of purchase. Most products have a serial numbers to show date of manufacture.

The obligation of Motion Perfection Industries cc during the warranty period is limited to repairing or replacing, at our discretion and examination, any parts which are found defective in material or workmanship. Lamps, flash tubes, globes,
Winch cables and certain products, which are marked, are not covered under warranty. |

This warranty does not cover travel expenses or labour charges for removal and reinstallation of the product. Warranty is covered by our Head Office or designated authorized warranty service centre.

The warranty will become null and void should any unit be subject to abuse, misuse, improper installation, inadequately maintained, modification or service.

|
In no event shall Motion Perfection Industries cc be liable for any loss of profits or any indirect or consequential damages arising out of such defect in material or workmanship. Proof of purchase must be presented for any claim under warranty.
